Nuts and Bolts
How do I arrange a quote?
As we are often on the road or onsite, the best way to arrange a free quote is to use our online booking page. Choose a time that suits you, and, voila! An estimator will magically appear on your doorstep.
When are you available to quote?
We are available to quote from 7-4pm Monday to Friday. Most of the time we can complete an inspection without anyone at the property, as we do not require access inside the building.
Do you do roof coating?
No. Only registered painters are licensed to apply roof coatings. We can make your roof watertight and prepare it for coating, and can recommend a licensed painter to apply the coating itself.
Do you dispose of the old gutters, downpipes broken tiles etc?
We are able to dispose of all old materials such metal gutters, downpipes, roof sheets, tiles etc for a nominal cost. All quotes include a price for waste disposal. We recycle all building materials such as steel or roof tiles where possible.
What time do you start in the morning?
Our tradesmen normally start work on site at 7 am and finish at 3:30 pm.
Do you require access inside the house?
Depending on the job, we require the following access:
- Tile repairs, pressure cleaning, repointing: access to a garden tap
- Metal roofing, roof plumbing: access to a power point
We usually require access to the yard to clean up and we can access this via the roof if necessary. We do not usually require access inside the property for any reason.

Once the contracts are signed we will organize the application, including engineering details and plans where necessary.
